Blame it on the rain that halted the midtown to downtown flow of key editors and buyers - those who weathered the inclement conditions however, were slapped with one of the more interesting presentations of the NY season. The Sandoval woman remains considerably more aloof than her North American counterparts (which won't make things easy for Carbaugh) of course however, therein lies the appeal.
